Welcome to Mrs. Herring's Algebra 1 Class!!
My name is Tammy Herring and I'm excited about this school year. I live in Latta and I have been teaching mathematics for 16 years. I graduated from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I also graduated from Francis Marion University with a Master's Degree in Remediation. I am Middle School Math certified and Highly Qualified in Mathematics.

EOC is May 16!! Study Study Study!
- The last running progress report will be sent home on May 3.
- We are reviewing for PASS and EOC in class. Please encourage your child to study for these tests.
- I have truly enjoyed working with your child this year. As the school year draws to a close, please encourage your child to follow the school rules. Good behavior is needed in order to make the classroom a success!

****All steps must be shown in math. If no steps are shown, no
credit will be given.
Students taking Algebra 1 will be required to take the End-of-Course Exam in May. This test will count 20% of the student's final grade for this course.
